Please read our policy on return, exchange, and damaged products. You may email us at info@richflowerlashes.com with your concerns and we will fix the issues right away. Please include your order number on the subject line and we will provide you with all the proper instructions on how to return an item.

Return Process Time

Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defective product from us, please realize that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are nun-fundable.

In the case that you ordered the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days to exchange your item. All orders over 5 days of purchase are non-refundable and they are also non-exchangeable. There will be a return shipping fee that will be applied. Once we inspect the items and they are damage free we will send out the correct item. No exchanges will be accepted without pre-authorization. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Once you have received your order confirmation email, your order can take between 2-5 business days to process and ship.  This excludes weekends and holidays. Just a friendly reminder that due to special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5-7 business days due to an increase in orders. 

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping methods and delivery locations. Please allow 5 -10 business days for standard domestic shipments and 7-20 business days for international standards to be received.

Any orders outside of CANADA (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Rich Flower Lashes does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information

Rich Flower Lashes accepts the following types of payments; PAYPAL, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. 

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 2-4 days for re-processing.

We would encourage you to double check that your billing information, CVC and billing name is correct. Just a reminder billing address is associated with your bank account

1. Open the lash box and carefully remove the first lash from the lash tray.
2. Hold the lash against your own eye line to measure the length of your eye.
3. Cut the lash strip where it extends from your outer corner.
4. Apply your lash glue strategically on the strip of the lash.
5. Wait about 30 seconds so that the glue appears tacky, but not wet.
6. Use tweezers, eye applicator, or your hand to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as much as possible.
7. You should start from the center, then the inner and outer sides.
8. Apply mascara or liner to camouflage the strip band.
9. Go and see how amazing you look with the lashes!

When it comes to removing your false lashes we have serval recommendations. We would strongly advise that you do not tug or pull on them. We still want your natural lashes to be there. Here are the recommendations to safely remove your false lashes;

1. Hold the lash at its base and start at the outer corner, gently pull the lash towards the direction of your tear duct. Please repeat the same process with your other eye. Your false lashes should come off without much effort or discomfort when the lash is applied properly and not applied to your natural lash.
2. If you are having slight difficulty with your lash removal, simply dab a non-oil based makeup remover onto the lash adhesive along your lash line with a cotton swab. After the adhesive has fully softened, lift the outer corner of the lash band and gently pull the lash inwards towards your tear duct.
   * When it comes to removing the lash glue/adhesive we recommend that you use waterproof makeup remover or makeup removers with an oil base.

Our lashes are crafted for multiple uses! We also want to provide the correct tool to guarantee longevity of your lashes! Here are the best tips that will make your lashes last.

1. Make sure you remove glue buildup after 3-4 wears. This can be done by holding the lash by the base and gently peeling off the excess glue with your fingers.
2. When applying mascara, try to apply mascara to the natural lash first and not to the false lash. This will prevent build-up and lengthen the longevity of your false lash.
3. Make sure you are storing the lashes in their original tray or in one of our lash cases to maintain the lashes’ shape and keep them clean.

At this moment all our lashes don’t come with lash adhesives.

Rich Flower lashes are handcrafted with you in mind! We wanted to create a lash line that lasts through multiple wears. With proper care, our lashes can be worn 20 times!

When it comes to applying mascara to your false lashes it is considered to be optional. Truthfully adding an excessive amount of mascara will decrease the longevity of your lashes, but it will give you a more dramatic look.

False lashes are not harmful to your natural lashes. We would still recommend that you take the proper care when you are applying and removing your false lashes.
